Uju was admitted to the Nigerian Bar and qualified to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2004. She has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin. Her passion for completeness and perfection makes her the perfect professional.

Uju has a particular flair and a lot of experience in corporate and commercial law practice. She has provided legal advisory services to major financial institutions and drafted accompanying documents to that effect. She is vast in litigation, perfection of mortgages and title documents, incorporation of companies and registering of deeds and debentures. She is also grounded in Company Secretarial services.

Uju is currently a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She has attended several courses and conferences locally and internationally.
